Registration

NOTE: Prices increase as we approach the event start date.

Vendor Passes are for individuals associated with a software or services company that offers solutions in customer experience, marketing, employee experience, workplace, collaboration, knowledge management, enterprise learning or similar spaces.

It is at the sole discretion of the CONNECT team to determine if an individual is considered to be a software or services vendor and therefore required to purchase a Vendor Pass to access the conference.

Individuals that purchase a Standard or VIP Pass and are later deemed to be vendors by the CONNECT team will need to purchase a Software & Services Vendor Pass to access the conference. Any price differences will be credited.

Please note that vendors may also choose to sponsor the event, and by doing so gain access to the conference.

If you want access to our Master Classes (requires a VIP ticket type), there is limited space available. So while there is no formal deadline, registering sooner will secure your spot at the Master Classes.

Otherwise, unless we sell out of all available tickets, you can register at any point, including on-site at the event.

NOTE: Prices are regularly increasing as we approach the event start date. So the longer you wait, the more a pass will cost you.

A confirmation email is sent automatically from the system upon the successful completion of your registration. However, these emails often get caught by corporate spam filters. Have you checked your junk folder?

On or around the beginning of the conference, registered attendees will be able to see the other attendees of the event in the event mobile app. Individual privacy preferences will impact each person’s visibility in the app.

Yes, the hotel has self parking available for $54/day and valet parking for $59/day. You can also find parking about 4 blocks away at the City Hall parking lot. That is about $30/day for self parking (8+ hours). Validated parking is not available.

At this time we only expect to offer keynote sessions for on-demand viewing after the conference completes. Stay tuned as this story may evolve.

Yes, we do. We (Simpler Media Group, Inc.) are an approved provider of recertification credits by HRCI, SHRM and IHRIM.

Participation in the CONNECT conference can qualify for up to 12 credit hours of recertification credits, depending on which pass you purchase.

Select sessions will be recorded and will be made available to conference registrants to access post-event.

Yes, we will post PDF copies of as many speaker presentation decks as we are entitled to share within the event hub. These are accessible to event participants only.

The CONNECT Conference  is produced by Simpler Media Group, Inc. (SMG), the same team that brings you CMSWire and Reworked

Originally named “Digital Workplace Experience”, the conference was launched in 2017. During the global pandemic the conference was run virtually and on a quarterly basis.

Renamed CONNECT in late 2022, the conference returned to an in-person format in the Spring of 2023.
